- The factory covers an area of 2,800 square meters and features modern standard workshops and advanced production equipment, including high-precision cutting machines, automatic sewing machines, fully automatic computerized pattern machines, newly introduced computerized high-speed lathes, and fully automatic folding machines, ensuring efficient and precise production.
- An experienced and skilled production team ensures product quality and on-time delivery. With a total of 120 employees, including 100 on flat sewing machines, 12 on high-speed sewing machines, and 10 on computerized lathes, over 90% of whom are skilled workers. Monthly production capacity reaches 50,000 pieces of various luggage and bags, enabling us to meet the large-scale orders of diverse customers. We rigorously control everything from material selection to production processes, striving to provide customers with the highest quality products.
